What does the AI do and who decides?
The Bloomly Assistant gathers each student's evidence (Raíces), suggests to the counseling team who to watch closely (Brújula) and drafts the family's growth profile (Relato). Everything starts as a proposal: someone at the school reviews, edits or dismisses it, and it only works with students whose family allows it.
Is student data safe?
Yes. Each school only sees its own information, sensitive data has its own permissions and every view of a record is logged. Bloomly is designed to comply with Ecuador's data protection law and our team does not access student information.
Does it issue electronic invoices?
Yes. Bloomly connects directly to the SRI: when a payment is recorded it issues the invoice with the school's electronic signature, sends the family its PDF and XML, and issues the credit note when a payment is voided. We first test it with you in the SRI's test environment.
Can we bring the information we already have?
Yes. We import students and families from Excel, reviewing row by row before saving. For other information (past grades, fees) we help you during setup.
How long does setup take?
It depends on each school: a small school can be ready in a day and one with several campuses in a few weeks. We plan it with you.
Does it follow the Ministry of Education's rules?
Grades, scales and make-up exams are set up by level; report cards, records and certificates are ready to print; and counseling works with referrals, cases and protocols with their deadlines, validated by your team.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Bloomly works in any browser: teachers take attendance from their phones and families check everything on theirs.
How do you support us after we start?
We set up the school with you, train each role with the hours included in your plan and support you through the school year. Higher plans include priority support and a dedicated account manager.
